Design for Scale First

Every system I build is designed to handle 10x the current load. Database schemas, API contracts, and service boundaries are chosen with growth in mind — not retrofitted later.

Solve the Business Problem

Technology is a tool. I invest time understanding the actual business domain before writing a line of code. The best technical solution serves the business outcome.

Obsess Over Performance

Query optimization, indexing strategies, caching layers, and efficient data structures. I treat slow systems as bugs. Every millisecond at scale has business cost.

Manual processes are failure points. I identify repetitive workflows and automate them — inventory alerts, reorder triggers, report generation, deployment pipelines.

One of my most impactful engineering challenges: building an AI-driven inventory forecasting system for pharmaceutical distribution. Traditional reorder systems react to stockouts. Mine predicts them — using historical sales data, seasonal patterns, and demand signals to recommend optimal stock levels weeks in advance.
